Immigration Evaluations
Compassionate and culturally responsive immigration evaluations provided in a supportive, professional, and trauma-informed environment. Immigration evaluations are designed to document emotional, psychosocial, and trauma-related experiences that may be relevant to immigration-related legal proceedings, including matters involving hardship waivers, asylum, VAWA petitions, U-Visas, T-Visas, and other immigration cases.
Services may include comprehensive clinical interviews, assessment of emotional and psychological functioning, review of relevant records and personal history, and the preparation of a detailed written evaluation report.
Each evaluation is conducted with sensitivity, clinical integrity, and an understanding of the unique challenges individuals and families may experience throughout the immigration process.

Payment Options
At this time, JM Clinical Services currently accepts Self-Pay/Private Pay only. Insurance billing is not available at this time. Payment is due at the time of service. Please contact us directly for current rates and scheduling information.
Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time may be subject to a cancellation fee.
